Starters Smoked Salmon Tart with a Parmesan Crust Smoked salmon and crème fra?che with a hint of cayenne pepper, baked in a crisp, light Parmesan cheese pastry. Served with a watercress and fresh pickled cucumber salad.
Braised Beef in Woodforde’s Wherry Ale with a Gruyère Croute This classic recipe, Carbonnade de Boeuf à la Flamande is every bit as good made with our local Norfolk ale. Dauphinoise Potatoes Buttered Leeks
Pavlova with Passion Fruit Curd and Raspberry Sorbet (v) Light, crisp meringue, chewy in the centre, contrasted by a sharp, velvety homemade passion fruit curd.
Or Vegetarian Option:
Wild Mushroom Risotto (gf) Italian wild Porcini with fresh local mushrooms, Madeira wine and ‘Parmesan style’ cheese to make this creamy luscious risotto with a creamy Italian Arborio rice.

Mediterranean Vegetable and Mozzarella Strudel (v) Thin crisp layers of filo pastry layered with ground toasted pecan nuts and ‘Parmesan style’ cheese filled with oven-charred courgettes, aubergine, plum tomatoes and peppers, with basil and coriander seeds. Marcus Brigstocke is regarded as a major comedy, writing, and acting talent, performing stand up to sell-out audiences on tour nationally. His last tour show, Devil May Care, which was filmed at Wilton’s Hall is now available to watch on Amazon Prime.
BBC Radio 4 has become somewhat of a second home to Marcus with regular appearances on I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue, The Now Show and Just a Minute; he has written and recorded three series and four specials of his hit show Giles Wemmbley-Hogg Goes Off. Most recently, he co-starred alongside Kerry Godliman, in three series of The Wilsons Save the World.
Marcus has notched up an impressive list of TV credits including Steph’s Packed Lunch (C4), Comedians Giving Lectures (DAVE), House of Games (BBC Two), The Graham Norton Show (BBC One), Famous and Fighting Crime (C4), team captain on Argumental (Dave), and host of The Late Edition and I’ve Never Seen Star Wars (BBC4). Other appearances include; Live at the Apollo (BBC One), Have I Got News for You (BBC One), Mock the Week (BBC Two), QI (BBC Two), Sorry I’ve Got No Head (BBC One), The Late Edition (BBC4), and the 11 O’clock Show (Channel 4).
Parking
Car parking is available at The South Stand, however, restrictions apply and cars will not be able to park overnight
The entrance to the Top of the Terrace is opposite the Big Yellow Store
As in previous years, there will be a charity collection on the night
